Turf Mowing & Trimming 

Arms Length Lawn Care will schedule your services based on your request. If there is inclement weather on your scheduled day, adjustments will be made accordingly for that week.

Services to expect on your scheduled day: basis of all trees, rocks, landscape beds, and buildings will be trimmed.  Asphalt and concrete surfaces will be clean from debris.

Additional fees at customers request:

Turf clippings bagged and removed from property

Turf areas edged where they meet ashfalt and concrete areas, such as sidewalks and driveways.

 

 Landscaping Bed Maintenance

Maintain landscape beds to provide minimal weed growth by hand pulling weeds and/or chemical use per customers request.   

Landscaping Bed Mulch Maintenance

Whether you’re adding a new landscape area to your yard that requires mulch or just want to apply a fresh layer to an existing area for the new season, mulch serves a few different purposes.  Mulch will limit weed growth and discourage against insects that might destroy plant life.  Mulch will also help retain moisture in the soil for the necessary nutrients that plants and trees need to survive and protect against erosion.  Last, with the appropriate color and style of mulch to choose from, it will enhance the appearance of any home. 

 

 

Landscaping

Adding or updating landscaping around your home promotes beautification and value to your home.  You can increase your homes curb appeal just by adding landscape beds, trees, shrubs, seasonal flowers, stone and/or other landscape products.

Shrub & Ornamental TreeTrimming

Shrubs and Ornamental Trees can be pruned and shaped as needed per different variety during growing seasons helping to keep shrubs and ornamental trees healthier and neat in appearance. Broken, unhealthy, infected, and low hanging branches and limbs will be removed from all high profile trees in and around lawn and landscaped areas.

Aeration

Arms Length Lawn Care recommends aerating your lawn in the spring; although, it can be done in either spring or fall.   Aeration is the process of removing small cores of soil from the turf allowing air into the root system, promoting root growth for a healthier lawn.  This also reduces soil compaction and allows water and fertilizer into root system.

Spring Cleanups (April/early May) & Fall Cleanups (November)

Leaves, trash and debris will be removed from all turf and landscaped areas. Spring cleanup work shall take place before or in conjunction with the first turf mowing. Fall leaf removal from all lawn and landscaped areas will take place after leaves have fallen (or in stages if requested). Turf will be cut and trimmed with any cleanup visit. All leaves shall be removed from the property as necessary.  Note: cleanup cost can vary greatly from season to season; therefore new estimates are required each spring/fall.

Fertilization and Weed Control

Granules are used and spread over entire turf areas.  Liquid is used in small specific areas, for example landscaping beds.
