Landscape Warranty
Thank you for choosing Arms Length Lawn Care, LLC. We really appreciate your business and hope your new landscape will bring you years of enjoyment. We have built your landscape to the highest standards and stand behind everything we do for one year from the date of installation. Your continued satisfaction is very important to us. Please see below and call us if any part of your new landscape isn’t satisfactory.
PLANTS: Plant items not warranted include transplants, annuals, sod or seed, and any plant that dies as a result of causes beyond our control, including, but not limited to: storm damage, drought, insects, disease, chemical spills, or physical breakage. Plants that are under-performing are not warranted, but we will inspect them at no cost to you and suggest a course of action. If it is dead or dying we will visit your home to evaluate and replace it at no charge, one time, during the one-year warranty period. We reserve the right to change species or variety.
WHAT ISN’T COVERED IN GENERAL: Damages or failures caused as a result of incidents beyond our control, such as physical abuse by people, vehicles, animals, or severe storms; lack of basic and reasonable maintenance; or other factors which the product couldn’t reasonably be expected to withstand.
